Refund policy

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted, except in the following situations:

  • A technical problem or manufacturing defect that affects the product received;
  • Your order has not yet been processed and shipped by Diversyka;
  • If there is an error in your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To make a return, you can contact us at diversyka@hotmail.com with the following information:

  • your full name,
  • your order number,
  • the item or items concerned,
  • the reason for the return.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items.

Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing and display of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us at diversyka@hotmail.com.
