All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Quebec within 1 to 5 business days.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier selected at the time of payment. Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking information, when available.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via Canada Post or an equivalent carrier. Shipping fees are calculated at the time of payment based on the delivery address and the weight of the order.

Please note that once the order is handed over to the carrier, it is no longer possible to cancel it or obtain a refund.

Delays and Losses

Diversyka is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, periods of high demand, weather conditions, or any other situation beyond our control.

If a package appears to be lost or has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us so that we can assist you. Delivery address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address at the time of order. Diversyka cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
